(mEAn) Bot.Admin for Linux progress report
The mEAn mod is now working on Linux with only one or two few minor things to be worked out, but it's working well enough that a full release is now being put together. You can test drive the (mEAn) for Linux running the latest POD Bot by connecting to the Bot vs Human server. The sounds are enabled, so you may want to download and install the Sound Pack first.
A dual linux/windows beta release will be put together as soon as possible, and will include the full source code.

The Bots United Community has Arrived!
Bots United is what it sounds like - the bot authors have united under one roof and most of the major bot forums have moved to the Bots United Community.
The (mEAn) forums has also moved, but the original forums will remain as a read-only archive. NOTE: The forums move is still in progress, but you may post to the new forums as usual. To post, you'll have to register with the new forums, but one registration gives you access to ALL the forums, which is a nice bonus.

Solution Found for Adding 3rd Party Bots to CS 1.6!
A group of us over at Botman's forums finally cracked the problem of not being able to add bots to CS 1.6.
It turns out that the CS 1.6 Bots that were "disabled" were in reality not fully disabled. What happened was the CS 1.6 Bot code got all messed up whenever a 3rd party bot appeared in the server causing the crash.
The solution is to "disguise" our bots so that the CS 1.6 Bot code will leave them alone. Someone already has a working bot using the technique, but a lot more work is needed before a fully functional bot is available.

- Added support for CS 1.6
- Unfortunately, there are still no bots available for CS 1.6. The good news is that some 3rd party bot developers are working on upgrading their bots and Valve is expected to release the CS 1.6 Bots after the problems with Steam and CS 1.6 are worked out.

- Fixed m_botdamage inaccuracies.
